Delicious food, friendliest staff! Pete is passionate about his food, coffee and his family business - you are a part of the family if you come to Elio's! My favourite is the chicken cotolette and the salumi piadina, unique flavours, I can't wait for another one! And I love that catering is an option for my own personal events! 10/10 oh and the coffee, the best!

Great food for a great price! Stopped by here on opening week, and were greeted by the very friendly owner, who was also offering complimentary coffee during the weekdays. Service was friendly, and a decent speed for a busy opening week. Most importantly, both our paninis (the prosciutto and the cappucolo) were absolutely delicious and very generous! There is a bit of seating available inside, but it is also walking distance from Coburg Lake, so you could enjoy your food outside on a nice sunny day. Overall would highly recommend!

Elio’s has become my new regular for coffee and the panini’s are amazing! I’ve never left unsatisfied or hungry. The owner greets every customer like they’re a regular and he’s known them forever and it creates the most welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely recommend popping by for lunch or even just a quick coffee!

Fantastic Fresh Panini & Excellent Service! Elio’s Panini & Coffee is an absolute gem! I had the most scrumptious panini, made fresh with top-quality ingredients .. Prosciutto di Parma, fresh tomatoes, Fior di Latte, rocket, basil, and homemade pesto. I opted out of the Bippi Salsa (purely personal preference), but it’s great to see they offer their own sensational house-made condiments. There was a choice between focaccia or ciabatta, and since I had already tried the delicious focaccia before, I went for the ciabatta this time. It did not disappoint! The serving was incredibly generous, packed with so much prosciutto! Every bite was full of flavour. The service was super speedy, and the place was spotless. The owner Pete is welcoming, and has great attention to detail for an added bonus also FUNNY, making the experience even better. If you’re after authentic, high-quality panini, Elio’s is the place to go. Can’t wait to return!

Stopped by as it’s around the corner from my workplace. Owner embodies Italian hospitality and good old fashioned customer service. I had the salami panini with a Chinotto and it was delicious. Will be going back for sure!
